El Charros Authentic Mexican Restaruant was started in Claremore, OK in May of 1995. The Carthage Missouri Location Opened in May 2000 and was the 16th restaurant. We serve authentic Mexican food which includes fajitas, tacos, chimichangas, burritos, enchiladas, tamales, chile relleno, tostadas, chalupas, cheese dip, quesadillas, guacamole, and nachos. We also have ribs on Saturday and Sunday.
